CONDITIONS FOR RESERVATION

Once we have received your authorizarion of paiement with credit card, we will re-confirm your reservation within the following 24h.

• The full payment of the amount of your reservation must be received 30 days or 60 days on special season (*), prior the arrival date. After that period of time, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

• You always will be able to cancel your reservation (see hereinafter the conditions for cancellation).

• Tenorio Lodge reserves the right to consider your reservation cancelled if your Credit Card is faulty.

• Any changes or cancellations in your dates of reservations should be sent to us in writing, by fax or by e-mail.

• A minimum of two consecutives nights is requested on special season (*).

• No modification applies within the 30 days on high season or 60 days on special season(*), prior the arrival date.

• No refund will be apply if nights booked are not totally used.

• No Show: We will charged 100% of the total number of nights booked.

CONDITIONS FOR CANCELLATION

• Low season: A full refund will be provided if written notice of cancellation is received at least 30 days prior the arrival date. If done between 29 to 15 days before the day of arrival, we will apply a charge of 50%. After that period of time no refund will be provided.

• High season: A full refund will be provided if written notice of cancellation is received at least 45 days prior the arrival date. If done between 31 to 44 days before the day of arrival, we will apply a charge of 50%. After that period of time no refund will be provided.

• Special season (*): A full refund will be provided if written notice of cancellation is received at least 60 days prior the arrival date. If done between 31 to 59 days before the day of arrival, we will apply a charge of 50%. After that period of time no refund will be provided. A minimum of two consecutives nights is requested in this special season.

* Special season : from December 22nd 2011 to January 3rd 2012 and March 30th, 2012 to April 9th, 2012 included.
